1. Check-in and check-out time:

Check-in time is after 14:00. Check-out time is before 12:00 noon.

2. Surcharge for extra person:

Children under 6 years old: free of charge, sleep with parents
Children from 6 to 12 years old: 100.000vnd/person, sleep with parents
Children above 12 years old and adult: 200.000vnd/person, using existing bed

3. Cancellation and modified reservation:

Deposit will be not returned. For any date changes or cancellations, please inform us at least 20 days prior to your original arrival date; changes or cancellations made less than 3 days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 100% charge of full price.
